What happens when we show up
Our technician arrives with a fully stocked service truck - not a parts-order appointment. We run a complete diagnostic before touching anything, then walk you through exactly what we found and what it costs to fix it. No work begins until you approve it. Most repairs are completed on that same visit. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the timeline honestly and schedule the follow-up before we leave.
