Champion and Nash is what happens when two homegrown Houston outfits stop being competitors and start being one company. We are a combination of two established homegrown Houston companies: Champion Forest A/C and Nash Mechanical. Today we are Champion and Nash, and we are dedicated to continuing the legacy those two companies built, and their four decades of combined experience in home comfort. That legacy is a foundation of outstanding customer service, extensive experience and technical expertise, and it is those words verbatim, taken from our own about page rather than tidied up for a website redesign.

The bench, not a founder
Residents and businesses recognize the strength that comes from combined experience.
That is our own line, and it is why this page is a photo of five people in front of two vehicles rather than a photo of one man in a suit. Getting the job done right the first time is a standard the technician on your driveway either meets or does not. It does not sit with a name on a letterhead.

The name is still on the old page
Our legacy Facebook page never got renamed. It still sits on the old CHFAC handle, and our own listing still points to it. That is not an oversight we would choose to make on a website written today. It is what a real merger looks like a decade on: the paperwork gets updated, the odd old page does not.
Nash Mechanical
The other half of the bench
Nash Mechanical is the other homegrown company in the combination, and its technicians are the reason plumbing sits alongside air conditioning and heating now. Drain cleaning, leak detection, sewer line repair, water heaters and fixtures, under licence M43146, run by people who came up doing exactly that work before the two companies ever shared a logo.
What forty years adds up to
The number that matters most is the one Google keeps, not the one we print.
Our own site still says 'based on 1,254 reviews.' The live count from Google is higher, and it is the figure we stand behind here.

What the licence numbers back up
Certified, licensed, and named on the van before anyone knocks.
NATE certified
Every technician on the roster has passed the required NATE exams and keeps sitting them as the practices change. That is who is diagnosing the system, not whoever was free that morning.
ACCA certified
Ongoing training and networking on top of NATE, so a technician who has been here five years is still being pushed to learn the newer equipment rather than coasting on the older one.

2025 to 2026 NBA season
The first professional sports partnership in forty years of trading.
Champion and Nash is an official partner of the Houston Rockets from the 2025 to 2026 NBA season, our first professional sports collaboration in four decades of business. Seth Mapp, our General Manager, put it plainly on our own blog: the importance of keeping homes cool in Houston’s relentless heat is a priority, and partnering with the Rockets lets us reinforce our commitment to keeping homes comfortable and HVAC systems running smoothly.
The partnership runs past a logo on a scoreboard. It carries fan engagement programs, charitable initiatives, local service discounts, HVAC education for underserved communities, tune-up and unit giveaway events, and support for the Rockets’ youth development programs. For a company that started as two separate Houston outfits, it is a fairly public way of saying the merger worked.
None of that changes what happens at your front door. It is still one of the roster showing up, in a wrapped van, on a licence number you can check.
Two bases, one map
Spring covers the north side. Pasadena covers the south and east.
19339 Ella Blvd, Spring, TX 77388 is the Spring base, close to Champion Forest and The Woodlands. The Pasadena base sits at 4227 Allen-Genoa Rd, Pasadena, TX 77504, covering Clear Lake, League City and Baytown. Between the two, more than thirty named areas across Greater Houston get answered by whichever base is actually closer, which is the difference between an hour and an afternoon in July.
